1. When Returns and Refunds Apply

We’re happy to offer returns and refunds if your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival. This ensures that you receive exactly what you paid for, in perfect condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
  • Please include your payment receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

2. Before Accepting Delivery

If your package appears damaged or open at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept it.
  • Inform the delivery person immediately and contact our team right away.

Once you accept the delivery, the item will be subject to the return and refund policy outlined here.

3. Return Shipping

  • The package must be returned within one day of delivery.
  • Only returns made within one day are acceptable.
  • For returns that meet the criteria above, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to keep the process smooth and easy.

4. How Refunds Work

After we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our return requirements (manufacturing defect or damage):

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: We’ll contact you at the phone number you provided during checkout to arrange your refund.
  • For Credit/Debit Card payments: The refund will be processed back to your original payment card. (Please note that the exact timing depends on your bank’s policies.)

5. What’s Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items with missing parts
  • Items that show signs of misuse or wear
